Welcome to J Robinson Art! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and our digital products (like online watercolor classes). By using our site or purchasing a class, you agree to the terms below.
1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our site and classes for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Don’t try to copy, resell, or share class materials without our permission.
2. Digital Products
All classes are delivered digitally. When you purchase a class, you get personal access to view the content. You may not download, record, or distribute the lessons unless explicitly allowed.
3. Accounts & Access
You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and not sharing them with others. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if we detect misuse.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Shopify. Because our products are digital and grant immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable. (See our Refund Policy for full details.)
5. Intellectual Property
All class content, artwork, videos, and site design are the property of J Robinson Art LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools like Shopify and CoursesPlus to help run our site and deliver your class experience. Your use of those tools is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver a great experience, but we’re not liable for any issues like technical glitches, hacks, downtime, or how you use the information in the classes. All content is provided “as is.”
