Ordering Information

 Before ordering, Please Read…                                              

 To order, visit www,jrobinsonart.com, call 609-906-1375 or fill out and mail attached order form.

  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) of receipt.
  • Any products shipped in 3-5 business days will be noted in descriptions.
  • Most of our products ship for Free unless duly noted.
  • 24-hour shopping is available.
  • Carrier charges apply to all orders based upon weight and published rates.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover PayPal, and business checks are accepted.
  • Terms Available. Note all business checks must clear before any order will be processed.
  • Returned Check Policy:

We accept business checks.  When paying by business check, the customer expressly authorizes the merchant to debit the customer’s account automatically for the amount of the check returned unpaid by the customer’s bank.  A $35.00 fee will be added to returned checks.  Items will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

Return and Shipping Information

 J Robinson Art goal is to delight our customers with great service.  However, when shipping carriers are used, each customer acquires legal ownership of the product when it ships from J Robinson Arts dock.  J Robinson Art is not responsible for any costs acquired due to order changes or cancellations.  J Robinson Art will ship product via the lowest cost shipment method unless directed otherwise by the customer.  In the event that there is a shipping problem, J Robinson Art will assist customers with the freight carrier to the extent possible. 

 J Robinson Art does not accept returns on orders over 14 days, clearance items, damaged goods or free offers.  Please read "Free Offers and Free Shipping" as it relates to international mailing.  Contact Jrobinson@jrobinsonart.com or call 609-906-1375 for return shipment verification number before sending any returns.  No returns will be accepted without verification this could severely delay returning any merchandise 

 With the exception of International, Alaskan, and Hawaiian destinations, a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number, if applicable, will be sent to the e-mail address on file.  Most orders ship the following workday.  Custom orders may take additional time.

Free Shipping

Where free shipping is indicated that only applies to the United States of America and U. S. Military APO addresses.  Any shipments outside the United States to include any Free offers, the product offered would be free but not the mailing of it.  Any postage for mailing the free product is at the expense of the recipient along with any transaction fees associated with the processing the transaction where applicable.

Free Offers Note:

Free offers only relate to the product being offered.  Shipping is separate and will be based on USPS standard shipping rates depending on the location.  It the United States is currently .49 cents and overseas varies on your postal zones.  

 All free offers are subject to product availability and may be canceled at any time at the discretion of J Robinson Art. J Robinson Art also has the right to ignore any noted abuse by a consumer(s) who try to receive repetitive items using multiple e-mails, names or same mailing address.  Any combination of these types of abuse will be ignored and product will not be sent.  Anyone wishing to change my free magnet to mean something more than I am clearing stating please do not apply to this offer or contact me for any further assistance I can provide.

Delivery Problems

J Robinson Art is not responsible for missing or delayed product due to carrier problems. Customers should provide enough time to accommodate unexpected events that may delay order delivery.  J Robinson Art recommends that customers provide a shipping address where someone will be available to accept delivery.  24-hour shipping is available for expedited orders.



All delivery claims and returned authorizations must be approved by a J Robinson Art Customer Service Representative.  In the event, J Robinson Art has made an order error we will replace product and ship via ground transportation or a carrier of J Robinson Art choice.  J Robinson Art is not responsible for expedited shipping in the event an order error has occurred.  Any damaged product should be made available or returned to J Robinson Art upon request before credit is authorized and should only be discarded at J Robinson Art request.

 All original shipments are weighed and recorded for accuracy when shipped.  Phone conversions and written documentation are recorded and saved for quality assurance purposes.


Damaged or Missing Items

J Robinson Art recommends that customers inspect orders for accuracy and damage within 48 hours.  Claims for shipment damage should be made via the freight carrier according to policy.  Customers must keep all original packaging while filing a claim.
